We don't just invest capital. We invest Operational Capital.
For founders who have already proven commitment, TIIF becomes your executive technology and product partner — deploying experienced execution where traditional investors deploy cash.
Experienced execution, invested — not billed.
The earliest stages of building a company rarely fail because founders lack ideas. They fail because execution is hard. We invest the execution.
Everything a senior team would bring — invested, not billed.
Operational Capital is the executive leadership, technical depth, and operating muscle a growing company needs but can't yet justify hiring full-time. We're investing expertise, not selling hours.
The problem
Many founders have already invested their savings, their evenings, their careers, their reputation, and their relationships. What they need isn't another agency. They need an operating partner.
The solution
TIIF deploys experienced leadership where traditional investors deploy cash — an operator on your side of the table, invested in the same outcome you are.
This program isn't for everyone.
Think of it as an investment qualification process. No single criterion guarantees acceptance — applications are evaluated holistically.

A few questions so we can understand where the company is and whether we're the right operating partner to invest in it.
What is Operational Capital?
Experienced execution deployed as an investment. Instead of cash, TIIF invests executive leadership, AI and technical expertise, product strategy, and operational support — and instead of billing hours, that value is redeemed later through an agreed structure.
Is this consulting?
No. A consultant sells hours and walks away. We become invested in your outcome and operate alongside you as a long-term partner. If a criterion for us succeeding is that you succeed, it isn't consulting.
Do I have to give up equity?
Not necessarily. Equity is one of several redemption mechanisms — alongside SAFEs, revenue share, repayment, future services, or a mutually agreed structure. Every engagement is customized to the company's stage and needs.
Can bootstrapped companies qualify?
Yes. Many of the best-fit founders are bootstrapped — they've invested their own capital and time and need senior leadership they can't yet justify hiring full-time.
Do I need outside investors?
No. Outside funding isn't a requirement. What matters is demonstrated commitment, a working product, and a real problem worth building around.
Can TIIF later invest cash?
It's possible. Operational Capital engagements can create the foundation for future investment partnerships when the fit and the timing are right.
How is Operational Capital valued?
We scope the value of the deployment and the redemption structure together, based on your stage, the scope of what we're investing, and what each side brings.
How long do partnerships last?
These are long-term relationships, not fixed engagements. We're invested in the outcome, so we stay through the build and the scale.
What happens if we never raise funding?
That's fine, and it's why redemption is flexible. Revenue share, repayment, future services, or another structure can stand in for an equity or SAFE event.
