Is it paid?
It's an equity-and-credit program, not a salaried role. You earn ownership in the ventures you help build and college credit for the work, plus real shipped experience that compounds.
Who can apply?
Students and early-career builders across product, engineering, and go-to-market. You don't need to be at a specific school or year — you need to genuinely want to build.
How much time does it take?
Fellows commit somewhere between part-time and near-full-time during a cohort. You tell us your availability when you apply and we place you accordingly.
What will I actually work on?
Real studio ventures being built right now — shaping the product, shipping the AI-first build, or taking it to first customers, depending on your track.
Do I really get college credit?
